Certified Translation
The certified translation process consists of the official and faithful conversion of documents into another language, carried out exclusively by sworn translators authorized by commercial boards, with legal validity in Brazilian and international public bodies.
Main Steps
It begins with an analysis of the original document, including the identification of graphic elements such as signatures and seals, followed by a literal and complete translation, preserving structure and content. It continues with the inclusion of a heading (translator's registration number), a descriptive introduction, and a final declaration of fidelity, concluding with a signature, stamp, and notarization when printed, or a digital signature for electronic formats.
Technical Requirements
It requires qualification through a public examination by the State Board of Trade, printed or digital formats with e-PJ certification, and complete fidelity to the original, without omissions or free adaptations, according to Decree No. 13.609/1943.
Advantages
Validates civil, judicial, or administrative documents for legal proceedings, immigration, or homologations, guaranteeing public faith and universal acceptance without the need for additional apostille.
